ORA 2019 fees can now be paid and are due January 1, 2019.
The total Annual Fee for 2019 is $405.00 (385.71+5% GST).

For all payment options, you will need your Invoice Number and Access Code which can be found on your Invoice. To locate your Invoice, log into https://central.ivrnet.com/orchards and click on ‘Dashboard’. This screen shows your invoice, and the Green Dollar Sign right of the Invoice is where you may process your online payment. We are working to get invoices mailed out in the coming weeks.
Fees are due January 1 annually. Fees can be paid to the association between now and March 31, 2019, but interest is applied monthly to outstanding accounts over February and March 2019:
As of February 1, interest is applied to all outstanding accounts (5% per annum in excess of the prime rate of interest). Interest is applied on the first day of each month.
After March 1 a Final Notice is sent and interest is applied to all outstanding accounts (5% per annum in excess of the prime rate of interest). Interest is applied on the first day of each month.
On April 1, accounts are handed over to The Orchards Residents’ Association’s legal counsel, Field LLP, for collections. Payments are no longer accepted by the ORA, and all payments and communication regarding the fees are done directly between the homeowner and Field LLP. Legal costs associated with the collection of fees will be charged by Field LLP to the homeowner. This is in addition to the annual fee.
